DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION POLICY
MedLab Training Ltd. fully supports the principle of equal opportunities in employment and access to training and education and opposes all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination on the ground of disability. No delegate or employee shall receive less favourable treatment because of disability.
MedLab Training Ltd. ensures it complies with the Equality Act 2010 (which replaces the Disability Discrimination Act 1995) and ensures, that disabled people falling within the definition of the Act are treated equally and fairly.
MedLab Training Ltd. will ensure that disabled people will receive equal treatment in training opportunity, and, where appropriate, will supply additional training and dedicate extra time for delegates with disabilities.
